The artist’s Arabic calligraphy micrography portrait of musician Lauryn Hill is inspired by her depiction on the cover of her debut album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Her face and hair feature dense text with transliterations of her songs scattered throughout.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
